Job Description:

Join our team as a Neonatal ICU RN in Monroe, North Carolina, where you'll play a vital role in nurturing the tiniest patients. In this 12-hour night shift position, you'll primarily care for infants aged 32 weeks and above who are growing and feeding, with the support of a dynamic team including neonatal specialists. You won’t just stand by—your hands-on experience will be invaluable as you stabilize these little ones when necessary. While catching babies isn't on your to-do list, your strong NRP skills will shine as you ensure our young patients receive the care they desperately need.
