Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Stepdown Registered Nurse to join our vibrant team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will care for children and adolescents with a range of conditions, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complex rehabilitation needs. Your expertise in tracheostomy and ventilator management will be crucial as you support our young patients transitioning from intensive care. This 12-hour rotating shift position will immerse you in a collaborative environment where every day brings new experiences and challenges.
