Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in Urbana, Illinois, where you will engage in fulfilling responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. As a key contributor, you will implement and maintain nursing care standards, continually evaluating and modifying care plans based on patient assessments and family needs. Each night, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, you will work with orthopedic and medical/surgical patients, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, educate patients on self-management, and monitor interventions from healthcare team staff.

You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of playing a vital role in improving patient outcomes while ensuring safety through active reporting and correction of potential hazards.
