Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in the beautiful city of Omak, Washington! This unique role offers you the opportunity to support expectant families in a critical access hospital environment with a cozy 25-bed setup. You’ll assist with around 300 deliveries per year, working alongside a dedicated team of nurses under a 1:4 staffing ratio—at times flexing to a 1:5 depending on daily admissions.

Your shifts will be exhilarating 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, allowing you to experience the wonder of the nighttime hours while ensuring maternal and newborn care is at its best. Be prepared to step in for postpartum patients if the Labor unit is quiet; your flexibility is appreciated and rewarded. While scrubs aren’t provided, feel free to express your style with your choice of colors!

This contract lasts for 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension for those ready to commit to this lively community. If you’re a first-time traveler, you’re more than welcome; just bring along your required certifications, including BCLS, and at least one year of experience!
