Job Description:

Join our team as a seasoned ICU nurse in the vibrant city of Santa Cruz, California! This unique opportunity offers 12-hour night shifts in a dynamic ICU setting, where you’ll be working with both adult and pediatric patients encountering diverse medical conditions, from neuro cases to trauma. You’ll benefit from a strong support system, including a dedicated IV team and around-the-clock intensivists, contributing to the high-quality care our patients expect. Scrub colors are navy, so you’ll not only feel professional but also blend into the energetic atmosphere of the unit.

With a preference for BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and CCRN certifications, this role requires at least two years of ICU experience. You’ll be assigned to a unit that typically handles a 1:1 to 1:2 patient ratio, ensuring that you can focus on delivering exceptional care. Although there’s a weekend requirement of working every other weekend, or filling in where needed, holiday requests will be considered.
