Job Description:

As an ER Registered Nurse in Augusta, Georgia, you will be at the front lines of patient care in a bustling Emergency Department. This role is tailored for seasoned professionals with a passion for high-acuity environments and a commitment to excellence in emergency healthcare. You will manage a varied patient population, spanning from adolescents to geriatrics, in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing and treating emergencies, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring protocol adherence in a large, busy department that averages about 165 to 175 patients per day.

This assignment is unique, as it offers a blend of challenges in a non-trauma ER certified for Stroke and STEMI care. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, you'll have the opportunity to make significant impacts while managing diverse and complex cases. Plus, this is an opportunity to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) that allow your days to be free for adventures or relaxation.
