Job Description:

Join our team as a PACU Registered Nurse in St. Louis, Missouri, where you will care for patients immediately following a variety of surgical procedures. You will work in a fast-paced, engaging environment, responsible for the recovery of patients from diverse surgeries including neurosurgery, orthopedics, and vascular procedures. With your critical care experience, you’ll be skilled in managing complex situations, ensuring that patients recover safely and comfortably.

This role offers 10-hour shifts during the day, allowing for a balanced work-life approach while interacting with a range of surgical patients, from adults to occasional adolescents. With a dedicated team in a Level I Trauma Center, you’ll have access to resources that support your practice and enhance patient healing.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring levels of anesthesia, administering medications, and managing IV lines while you help patients transition smoothly from the OR to recovery. No weekends or on-call hours mean you can enjoy your downtime without interruption!
