Job Description:

Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in the bustling heart of Phoenix, Arizona! This unique contract position in the CTICU/CVICU invites skilled RNs to bring their Level I trauma experience and thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Here, you will encounter a diverse range of patients recovering from complex cardiac surgeries, including IABP and lung transplants. Expect 12-hour night shifts that allow for extensive hands-on experience through bedside procedures and direct engagement in critical care practices. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values strong IV skills and demand expertise in sterile techniques, as you'll be required to demonstrate these competencies on day one during the SIMs Lab. With a focus on critical care, your quick decision-making and adept nursing strategies will play a vital role in patient recovery.
