Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse, where you'll thrive in a dynamic setting that offers both challenge and the opportunity to showcase your skills. In this role, you will focus on caring for patients who need close monitoring and support after major procedures. Your shifts will be 12 hours long, spanning from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, allowing for a balanced workweek while enjoying all that Elkhart has to offer during the day. Flexibility in acuity means that no two nights will ever be the same, keeping your job both stimulating and engaging.

As a key player in our healthcare team, you will bring your expertise to assist with the transition of patients from the intensive care unit to a general medical unit, providing critical assessments and implementing care plans as needed. Your experience will help ensure that the unique needs of each patient are met during this crucial recovery phase.

This position requires ACLS and BLS certifications, ensuring that you have the credentials to deliver exceptional care. Bring your skills for a meaningful assignment that allows you to work with a dedicated team in an environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and shared success.
