Job Description:

Join a dynamic team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) where your expertise will be valued as you care for patients recovering from complex cardiac surgeries. You will be part of a collaborative environment, working alongside a skilled group of RNs focused on providing exceptional critical care. With a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio during both day and night shifts, you will deliver personalized attention to each patient, making a profound impact on their recovery journey. Your role will include hemodynamic monitoring, managing ventilators, and handling critical equipment like the Impella and CRRT system. Experience with Meditech is a plus, but your critical thinking and team-oriented approach are what will truly shine.
