Job Description:

Step into the shoes of a Registered Nurse (RN) and join a dedicated team at a cozy 10-bed Geriatric Psych unit in Haverhill, New Hampshire. In this role, you will work collaboratively with fellow RNs, LNAs, an APRN, and a Social Worker to create a warm and supportive environment for patients facing challenges related to Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and various mental health issues.

Your role will encompass a variety of essential responsibilities including thorough patient assessments, medical administration, and treatment planning, all anchored by established principles and standards of care. You’ll also have the opportunity to actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, making a meaningful impact on the care environment. Experience in geriatrics and behavioral health is preferred, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the unique challenges of this role. With a valid NH RN license and current BLS certification, you'll bring your expertise to a place where it matters most.
