Job Description:

Join our team as a Cath Lab Registered Nurse, where your skills will take center stage! This role calls for a specialized professional familiar with scrub techniques, preferred to enhance the experience. You will be engaging in exciting cardiac and interventional radiology procedures, including LHC, RHC, and venous access, so be prepared to navigate a range of equipment from Siemens and Philips C-arms to advanced injectors. Your day will be filled with dynamic responsibilities such as circulating and administering conscious sedation, all while working closely with a dedicated team in a high-energy environment.

Expect to work 4 ten-hour days, where you’ll be integral in procedures that impact patient lives. Although call is required for a minimum of two days a week and every third weekend, you can rest assured that the camaraderie and support within your team will make this commitment worthwhile. Your ability to adapt and maintain a cool head during critical situations will be invaluable, particularly during STEMI calls and the management of pericardial effusions.

With a daily census of 5 to 7 patients, you will be able to provide focused attention while utilizing systems like Cerner and McKesson for documentation. We welcome first-time travelers with a minimum of three years of experience, ensuring a support system while you explore this unique role.
