Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Travel Registered Nurse in the picturesque city of Anchorage, Alaska! As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that include monitoring and caring for patients in a Medical/Surgical and Telemetry setting. This role requires your expertise in handling patient diagnoses such as orthopedic needs, strokes, and general surgery with a high level of behavioral health focus, ensuring that each patient receives the tailored care they need.

Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, which offer a unique blend of challenge and reward. You will be needed to float to other Medical/Surgical units, providing you with a broader experience in diverse patient care scenarios. Your experience will be enhanced with the use of advanced medication and documentation systems, such as Pyxis and Cerner.
