Step into the fast-paced world of emergency care as a Contract ER Registered Nurse in Lansing, Michigan! Here, you will find yourself at the heart of a Level 1 Trauma Center, where your skills will shine as you tackle the challenges of high-acuity cases. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a schedule that allows for 36 hours per week. Your commitment includes navigating the exciting, yet intense, world of emergency medicine while providing critical support to patients.

As a traveler, you'll engage closely with a dedicated team, working three weekends out of four while being open to assisting in areas such as pediatrics. This role does require you to work during two of three major holidays, but the opportunity to immerse yourself in a bustling emergency department makes it well worth your while. With patient ratios ranging from 1:5 to 1:8, every day will present new learning curves and opportunities for professional growth.
