Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in Bismarck, North Dakota, where your expertise will shine in a dynamic medical-surgical float unit. In this position, you'll be responsible for monitoring patient progress, assessing their needs, and collaborating with a team to provide high-quality care. You’ll be working 12-hour night shifts, which will allow you to experience the unique atmosphere of nighttime healthcare. While on this adventure, you'll have the opportunity to float between different departments, enhancing your skills and gaining new perspectives in a collaborative environment.
