Job Description:

Your days will involve engaging in dynamic group therapy sessions and conducting observation rounds that will challenge and inspire you! You'll have the opportunity to monitor vital signs and enhance your skills in verbal de-escalation while working closely with patients facing various behavioral health challenges.

You’ll enjoy the support of a dedicated team, working alongside experienced staff who are equally committed to patient safety and therapeutic environments. This 12-hour night shift role ensures that you will be a vital part of the patient experience, assisting in milieu management and maintaining a safe and therapeutic atmosphere.

While your role focuses on enhancing the wellbeing of our adult and adolescent patients, you'll also have the opportunity to engage in innovative care practices and gain valuable insights from your time in the behavioral health field.
