Job Description:

Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Marshfield, Wisconsin! Here, you'll step into a mixed acuity unit that offers a unique opportunity to expand your nursing skills while working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. With a focus on bedside shift reporting, AIDET techniques, and hourly rounding, you will ensure every patient interaction is meaningful and impactful.

In this role, you will manage care for diverse patient needs including advanced therapies like anticoagulation management, tracheotomies, and video EEGs. Your expertise and patient-centered approach will shine as you float to various areas within the unit as needed, all while engaging with the team to promote a supportive environment. While you’ll be working in a fast-paced setting, the camaraderie among nurses and staff ensures that you’ll never feel alone on your journey!

Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
