Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down ICU Registered Nurse in Orangeburg, SC! In this role, you will be part of a dedicated unit that cares for patients transitioning from critical care. You will work three night shifts a week, with a schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy the evenings.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring cardiac telemetry, using Epic for charting, and navigating patient needs efficiently. You’ll collaborate with experienced staff while floating between units as necessary, adding variety to your experience. Whether you're an experienced nurse or a first-timer, your skills in BLS, NIHSS certification, and telemetry will be put to effective use. Prepare to engage in a fulfilling nursing role that thrives on teamwork and hands-on patient management!
