Job Description:

Join our dedicated team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Dothan, Alabama, where you'll experience the rewarding challenge of delivering high-quality care on a Urology Unit. You will be part of a dynamic healthcare environment, engaging with patients who require attentive nursing support. This position demands proficiency in managing insulin and heparin drips, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 or 1:7, ensuring that you can provide focused attention to those in your care. You will be working 12-hour night shifts, giving you the opportunity to adjust to a schedule that suits your lifestyle. Orientation is conducted every other Monday, making it easier for new travelers to fit in seamlessly. In this role, you will not only enhance your nursing skills but also immerse yourself in the local culture while making a positive impact on the lives of your patients.
