Job Description:

Are you a passionate NICU Registered Nurse ready to embark on an adventure? This travel healthcare contract offers a unique opportunity to care for newborns who require specialized care without being admitted to an intensive care unit. You will play a crucial role in supporting families during a critical time, working diligently with a patient ratio that typically ranges from 1:1 to 1:3. The role requires skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, management of IV antibiotics and vasopressors, and mastery in handling central lines and ventilators.

You will operate during 12-hour night shifts, allowing you to experience the quiet serenity of the ward while still providing impactful care. With every other weekend and holiday rotation, you'll have the chance to balance your work commitments with your personal life, making time for adventures outside the hospital. Bring your expertise, certifications in BLS, NRP, and STABLE, and don your scrubs, because this is where your skills will shine.
