Job Description:

Join the adventure as a Registered Nurse in the Neuro PCU! In this role, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic unit dedicated to specialized care for patients recovering from neurosurgery, stroke, and other neuro-specific conditions. You'll be responsible for managing a 1:5 patient ratio, providing oversight for up to five patients at a time, including those in 24-hour epilepsy monitoring. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in a supportive setting while working closely with a team of dedicated professionals who are just as passionate about neuro care as you are. Your shifts will typically be 12 hours long, working nights from 18:45 to 07:15, allowing you to spend your days exploring everything Roanoke has to offer.
