Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse on this travel healthcare contract, you will engage in a variety of critical nursing tasks that are essential for managing patients' needs. Your role will involve developing and implementing individualized care plans, performing therapeutic nursing interventions, and advocating for evidence-based practice. You will have the opportunity to float to other ICUs, working with advanced devices such as balloon pumps, CCRT, and ECMO, all while ensuring each patient's unique needs are met with compassion and precision. And yes, prepare for some memorable late-night adventures during your 7 PM to 7:30 AM shifts—who knows what fascinating stories you might bring back to share?
