Join our dynamic Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team as a travel healthcare contractor in Park Ridge, Illinois! This role allows an experienced RN to float within a collaborative environment, providing specialized care to young patients with respiratory issues, congenital heart disease, and post-operative needs. With a focus on teamwork, you'll be surrounded by dedicated professionals who ensure a nurturing atmosphere for both staff and patients. Expect 12-hour night shifts, where you’ll be empowered to make quick decisions and care for an average of 15-18 patients per day at a facility known for its trauma and teaching capabilities.
