Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in a new pediatric/psychiatric inpatient unit that’s gearing up for its grand opening! As a nursing professional, you will work with adolescents aged 12 to 17 facing psychiatric challenges, providing crucial support in a structured environment. This role involves a mix of responsibilities in an inpatient setting, focusing on psychiatric care tailored for young patients with moderate medical complexities. Your qualifications should include experience in adolescent or pediatric psychiatric nursing along with AVADE/MOAB/CPI certifications.

With an 8-hour night shift structure, you'll engage directly with the patient population, ensuring safety and therapeutic engagement during their stay. Your commitment to working every other weekend makes for a predictable schedule, allowing you to build strong relationships with both colleagues and patients.
