Join our team as a Physical Therapist in the vibrant community of Sunnyvale, California! In this unique travel healthcare contract role, you will focus on restoring mobility and functionality for clients healing from disease or injury. Working in a home health setting, you’ll implement medically prescribed physical therapy programs, providing tailored care that allows clients to thrive within their capabilities.

Expect to meet individuals where they are—literally! You'll bring your expertise to homes across a beautiful territory that includes Atherton, Redwood City, Belmont, and beyond. The position offers variable shifts, ensuring each day brings fresh experiences and challenges as you interact with a diverse client base. As a playful twist, you might find a surprise cat on your next home visit, ready to supervise your rehabilitation exercises!

Your responsibilities will include evaluating and treating clients, documenting observations and clinical findings, and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants when necessary. Through your dedicated approach, you will guide clients toward their rehabilitation goals while fostering their independence.
