Job Description:

Join us in Clovis, New Mexico as a versatile healthcare professional! This assignment offers a unique opportunity to float between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius, making each day a new adventure. You will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing direct patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes. Selected candidates will be required to successfully pass a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test before starting the assignment, so get ready to showcase your skills!

The role demands a pro who can not only assess and implement care plans but also actively engage with patients and their families. Each shift is an opportunity to coordinate patient care while collaborating with the entire healthcare team. You’ll be administering medications, documenting interventions, and supervising LPNs and assistive personnel—all while adapting to the dynamic environment of our floating roles. Weekend shifts may be required, and on-call duties may also come into play.
