Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse in the heart of Kalamazoo, Michigan! This role offers you the opportunity to step into a fast-paced step-down unit where you will provide critical care to patients transitioning from intensive care to recovery. With a nurse to patient ratio of 1:5, you’ll manage diverse cases, utilizing your skills in administering chemotherapy and starting IVs, while leveraging your experience in PCU/Stepdown settings.

Enjoy the plot twists of nursing as you may float to other med surg areas including AU and ER, keeping your job fresh and engaging. Your shifts are scheduled for the night, guaranteed to be 3x12 hours, allowing you to embrace the calm and quiet of Kalamazoo after hours. Orientation is a must to ensure you’re set to go on this exciting journey!
