Job Description:

Join our team as a dynamic ICU Registered Nurse in Allentown, Pennsylvania! In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced Critical Care Float Pool, where you'll encounter a diverse range of adult patients. With a focus on critical care, you will find yourself engaging with a variety of cases that will keep you on your toes and your skills sharp. Your expertise will shine as you float between units, adapting quickly to different environments while maintaining exceptional standards of care.

This position will see you working night shifts—3 shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30—allowing you to embrace the tranquility of the nighttime hours while still making a significant impact in the ICU. We’re looking for candidates who bring at least two years of ICU experience and a PA or Compact nursing license to the table. While there’s no on-call requirement, you will need to be available every other weekend and holiday.
