Job Description:

As a Step Down Registered Nurse at our Cleveland location, you will play a vital role in the transition of patients from intensive care, monitoring their recovery and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. This position involves working in a dynamic float pool, allowing you to experience various units while providing crucial support to healthcare teams. Your shifts will be 3x12 hours, alternating between days and nights, giving you the chance to enjoy your days off while contributing to patient care during your shifts. With your 18 months of recent cardiac stepdown experience and a permanent Ohio or compact state license, you’ll be adept at managing patients who require monitoring and intervention, ensuring they are stabilizing as they step down from critical care.
