Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a NICU Registered Nurse in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where your skills and expertise will shine in a stimulating environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care to some of the tiniest patients, ensuring they receive the specialized support they need. With a patient ratio of 1:2 in the NICU and 1:3/4 in the SCN, you will have the opportunity to utilize your Level III NICU experience while working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals. This role does not require involvement in high-risk deliveries, allowing you to focus on nurturing our most vulnerable infants.

Your shifts will be 12 hours long (from 07:00 to 19:30), offering a perfect blend of work-life balance. As you ensure that every infant receives individualized care, you’ll find your days both fulfilling and engaging. We welcome first-time travelers and require availability for every other weekend and holiday, creating opportunities for both dedicated professionals and those new to travel nursing.
