Job Description:

Join our team as a CT Technologist and become an integral part of our healthcare environment in Normal, Illinois! In this role, you'll ensure that patients are positioned correctly using proper immobilization techniques while performing optimal scans based on their diagnosis and clinical history. You will operate advanced imaging technology to carry out CT angiography, and utilize post-processing techniques to enhance images for the radiologist's interpretation. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you follow workflow protocols, document patient information, verify orders, and ensure all imaging content is accurately sent to PACS.

You'll not just be behind the scenes; you'll guide patients through their imaging experience. Explaining procedures and encouraging questions are just as important as the technical skills you'll bring. Your work will take place primarily during evening shifts, allowing you to commit to a unique work-life balance.

This is an exciting opportunity to refine your skills while ensuring safe practices, including administering IV contrast in accordance with policy and maintaining continuing education to uphold your licensure.
