This unique night shift role will have you working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, allowing you to shine in the challenging yet rewarding world of orthopedic and medical/surgical patient care.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be conducting initial assessments upon patient admission, developing tailored care plans that meet both patient and family needs. You will implement and modify the care plan based on thorough evaluation while ensuring the safety of both patients and staff. Your expertise will guide you in educating patients on wound care, proper mobility, and medication management while collaborating closely with physicians and surgical teams.
