Job Description:

Join our Cardiac Renal Unit as a Stepdown RN in Evansville, Indiana, where you'll be at the forefront of patient care in a high-acuity telemedicine environment. This unique opportunity offers you the chance to work with a diverse patient population, including those with conditions such as Afib, heart failure, and more. You will be responsible for patient monitoring, interpreting telemetries, and administering medications; be prepared to dazzle us with your telemetry testing skills!

In this role, you will work 12-hour day shifts, from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a guaranteed commitment of 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract. As a traveler at our facility, you may float to our nearby campuses when needed, yet you'll be glad to know it's not a regular occurrence. Flexibility and readiness to pitch in where needed will help you thrive in our closely-knit team.

Your strong critical thinking and assessment skills will be essential as you provide top-notch care. We are seeking a dedicated professional with at least 3 years of experience in cardiac and telemetry nursing, along with current certifications including a compact license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
