You will float between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and the Emergency Department holding areas, ensuring that your well-rounded Stepdown or PCU experience is put to good use every shift. With a patient ratio of 1:4+ for PCU and 1:5 for MS/Tele, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while managing diverse patient needs. Your nights will be filled with challenges that include EKG interpretation, managing renal failure, chest tubes, and ventilator support, all while donning your navy blue scrubs. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to create bonds and memories in various settings, all while completing a thrilling assignment.
