Job Description:

Step right up for a thrilling adventure as a travel healthcare professional in beautiful Tacoma, Washington! You will take center stage in a bustling 36-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) that operates 24/7, where your expertise will shine as you support patients experiencing a variety of conditions, from pneumonia to cardiac issues. As a qualified nurse with significant ICU experience, you'll be comfortable floating to the PCU side when necessary, utilizing your skills to manage patient care efficiently and compassionately.

Your role will involve working 12-hour night shifts, with a commitment to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for tasks that may include cardiac rhythm interpretation and management of patient medications, all while collaborating with a dedicated team that includes nursing assistants and charge nurses. With shifts predominantly scheduled following an initial orientation, you'll have the opportunity to develop a rhythm in your working life here.
