Job Description:

Join us for an exciting travel healthcare contract as a Charge Nurse on the MedSurg 3 North unit. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, providing essential support in a vibrant setting without the burden of on-call duties. With 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, you'll enjoy a balanced work-life schedule while contributing to the success of a new opening at this facility.

Your focus will be on ensuring smooth operations within the unit, mentoring staff, and maintaining optimal patient flow. Equipped with modern technology such as telemetry equipment and a vital sign machine, you’ll have the tools at your disposal to succeed. This is a unique opportunity to tap into your charge experience, all while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
