Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel healthcare contract as a Registered Nurse specializing in PCU/Oncology in sunny San Diego, California! In this exciting role, you will provide care in a floating capacity across multiple locations, ensuring that patients receive the exceptional support they need. You'll navigate a diverse clinical landscape including general medicine, surgical, neuro, oncology, cardiac, and ortho units. Your expertise and flexibility will shine as you adapt to different facilities such as Thornton, Jacobs, Hillcrest, and East Campus.

This contract requires a minimum of 2 years of PCU experience and a Chemo certification. You will leverage your skills in IV starts, telemetry, phlebotomy, and A-line procedures as you float between units, often stepping in where the need is greatest. Your schedule will be predictable yet adaptable, with a standard 4-week plan provided two weeks in advance, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. Before each shift, a quick call will inform you of your assigned location, making every night shift an opportunity for a new experience.
