Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in Salem, Virginia, where you'll experience an engaging role on the Med-surg/Oncology unit at Lewis Gale Medical Center. This opportunity offers a unique 12-hour night shift, allowing you to embrace your inner night owl while providing essential care. You’ll be working with a cohesive team of 5 RNs per night, handling a patient ratio of 5-6:1 in a supportive environment with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care. Your skills in medical-surgical nursing and acute care experience will shine, especially if you have a strong background in oncology or chemotherapy.
