Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity in Falls Church, Virginia, as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in adult general and critical care. This role offers a unique chance to refine your skills in a dynamic environment, where you will work 12-hour night shifts, managing adult patients in both general care and critical care settings. You'll engage in hands-on experiences that include a mix of adult general care and ICU assignments, ensuring no two nights are ever the same!

To succeed in this role, you should possess a valid Virginia license and have a minimum of two years of experience in adult respiratory therapy. Your expertise in BLS and ACLS, along with your ability to navigate the challenges of critical care, will be invaluable. In your first week, you will receive a comprehensive department orientation, followed by shadowing experienced team members. By your third week, you’ll be ready to take charge of your own assignments, applying your knowledge in both high-acuity and general care situations.
