Job Description:

Join our team as a Med Surg Charge RN, where each shift is an adventure in patient care and teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient admissions, and ensuring the best practices in care delivery within a close-knit community hospital in Windsor, Vermont. With your 2+ years of recent Med Surg and Rehab experience, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients while navigating the dynamic challenges of the unit, including floating between Acute Rehab and Med Surg as necessary. This position requires a dedicated professional who possesses a BSN and has previous travel nursing experience of at least three months. Don't forget, having your own vehicle is essential in this location!
