Job Description:

Join a dynamic team of professionals in the fast-paced environment of a Level 1 Trauma Center located in Phoenix, Arizona. In this travel healthcare role, you'll be working in a 32-bed Neuro ICU where you'll treat patients with a variety of complex neurological conditions, including craniotomies, brain tumor removals, and spinal surgeries. As a critical care nurse, you’ll utilize your strong neuro assessment skills and ICP monitoring experience while floating between ICU and Tele units, ensuring the highest level of care. Your shift will be 12 hours per night, making you a key player during the quiet hours when critical decisions are made—it's where the night really comes alive! Expect to undergo a practical skills lab as part of your orientation, where you can showcase your expertise in maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to best practices.
