Job Description:

Join our team as a Med/Surg or PACU RN in Columbia, Missouri, where your expertise will shine in a dynamic recovery room environment designed for efficiency and patient-focused care. As a charge nurse on duty, you will lead a team in a setting equipped with two Pyxis systems and anesthesiology providers readily available, ensuring a seamless operational flow. The nurse-to-patient ratio is a manageable 1:2, allowing you to provide dedicated attention to each patient.

In this role, you will work ten-hour shifts, allowing you to have a balanced work-life schedule without on-call duties or weekend commitments. Embrace the diverse patient demographic ranging from infants to geriatrics as you assist in a range of procedures—everything from general and orthopedic surgeries to cardiac interventions. Here, your skills in IV insertion, cardiac management, and airway procedures will be put to good use.
