You will be a crucial part of our team, working the PM shift across 12-hour nights in a Level 1 trauma facility. This role requires not only your expert skills but also your keen judgment as you participate in vital care decisions, from managing ventilator settings to responding adeptly in Code Blue situations. Your experience with lung protective ventilation and familiarity with Drager XL and v500 Vents will ensure you excel in our fast-paced environment.

You’ll be part of an essential team, making significant impacts in the MICU and SICU, and your 5+ years of critical care experience will be invaluable. If you are ready to bring your RRT certification, Massachusetts Respiratory Care license, and passion for respiratory therapy to deliver the best patient outcomes, let’s embark on this journey together!
