Job Description:

Join our team as a CVOR Registered Nurse and embark on an exciting journey where your expertise meets unique surgical challenges! In this role, you'll be responsible for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of holistic nursing care in a fast-paced acute care setting. Your clinical experience will play a pivotal role as you provide individualized care during surgeries, ensuring the highest standards are met.

As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and implement comprehensive care plans that take into account psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. You'll foster collaborative relationships with patients, their families, and the broader healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the surgical process.

This unique assignment in the CVOR will challenge your skills with orthopedic, vascular, and robotic surgeries, as you scrub in to assist in these dynamic procedures. Be prepared for a significant 4x10 hour shift rotation, which means more extended days filled with impactful experiences!
