Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of professionals at our Ambulatory Surgery Center, where your role as an RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) will be both dynamic and fulfilling. In this position, you will play a crucial part in a high-energy environment that boasts 19 operating rooms focused on a variety of surgical specialties, including General/GYN, Vascular, ENT/Plastics, and more. Your responsibilities will encompass circulating, scrubbing, and assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring a seamless flow through the OR. As a member of our cohesive team, you’ll also share the excitement of unit-based activities, celebrating wins and milestones together.

Shifts are structured as 8-hour days from 7 AM to 5 PM, with additional call responsibilities, providing an opportunity to engage fully in the surgical aspect of healthcare. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible and willing to contribute wherever there's the most need, ensuring that patient outcomes remain our top priority. Job Specifics:

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Shift: 8-hour days, 7 AM - 5 PM
Duration: 40 hours per week for 13 weeks
