Job Description:

Join us in the bustling heart of Odessa, Texas, where you’ll take on the exciting role of an Operating Room Registered Nurse! In this dynamic position within the Main Operating Room, we’re seeking a healthcare professional with 2-3 years of experience to navigate a variety of surgical specialties including orthopedic, spine/neuro, general/gyn, and more. You’ll have the chance to work with advanced technology, including robotic systems, and handle a wide range of surgical procedures from trauma to vascular cases.

Your schedule will be impeccably structured, alternating between two weeks: enjoy working Monday to Wednesday one week and shift to Wednesday to Friday the next. Forget about on-call hours, allowing you to focus on what you love most—providing exceptional care during surgical procedures. With a 3-4 day orientation, you’ll seamlessly integrate into our team while still enjoying ample time off.
