In this role, you will engage with patients in a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio within a 18-24 bed unit, making each day a unique opportunity to shape patient outcomes. You’ll be responsible for administering medication, managing care plans, and coordinating with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Flexibility is key, as this position includes rotating weekends and holidays, providing you with a well-rounded experience.
