Job Description:

Join our dedicated team as a Pediatric Emergency Room healthcare professional in Norfolk, Virginia! This unique travel contract offers you the opportunity to engage with young patients in a stimulating environment where every moment counts. You will utilize your specialized skills to triage cases, manage moderate sedation, and operate critical care equipment, all while maintaining the highest standards of care.

In this role, you will handle a variety of common conditions such as asthma and sickle cell disease, while gaining hands-on experience with advanced technologies like high-frequency vents and rapid sequence intubation. You’re encouraged to put your problem-solving skills to the test as you collaborate with a passionate team of professionals, ensuring excellent outcomes for our youngest patients.

Your adventure will unfold during 12-hour night shifts, so prepare for some starry sights as you work these shifts! With meals and rest opportunities included, you will have the chance to recharge and return to provide exceptional care.
