Join our dynamic Women's Services team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) in Hailey, Idaho! In this role, you will be at the front lines of bringing new life into the world, providing expert care to laboring and postpartum patients. Boasting a cozy six-bed secure unit with one dedicated C-section suite, this assignment offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse array of cases, including managing high-risk patients while coordinating seamlessly with OB and Neonatologists on call. Your expertise in stabilization and handling critical situations will be essential, as you will simultaneously support both mothers and newborns during those precious first moments post-delivery. With a self-scheduling shift structure of 12-hour days, you can balance your professional commitments with your personal life.
