Join our dedicated team as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse in beautiful Charleston, SC. In this role, you'll work 12-hour night shifts, offering specialized care to critically ill children in a mixed unit environment. This assignment uniquely provides a dynamic setting where you'll handle a variety of cases involving respiratory compromise, trauma, and post-operative care, honing your skills with serious medical conditions. With a 1:1 to 1:3 patient-to-nurse ratio, you'll enjoy the opportunity to apply your expertise and make a real difference in the lives of young patients.
